Refund Policy


To initiate a refund, contact us as the airline will not be able to process refunds for tickets booked through us.

All cancellations made directly with the airline must also be communicated to us via email or phone to initiate the refund process.

Convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.

Cancellation refund will be credited back to the same account from which payment was made.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discounts and PLB discounts obtained at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

If airline changes its policy after booking is made, the new policy will apply to all previous bookings.

Refunds will be initiated only after receiving the refund from the airline end.

Incase of booking failure, if the payment made through the payment gateway, the same amount will be refunded to the same mode of payment and it may take 24 hours to 7 days to reflect on beneficiary's bank account.
